The Kaba Simplex 7106 Satin Chrome Rim Latch is a medium duty mechanical pushbutton thumbturn rim lock suitable for both commercial and residential settings. This lock automatically re-locks when the door closes with no need for any wiring or batteries, and it is very simple to intsall and maintain.

This lock comes in an attractive satin chrome finish, and is designed to resist damage from various types of weather. The latch is mechanically retracted upon entry when the correct code is inputted. It is suitable for doors 35-57mm thick, and it ideal for light commercial use or domestic use.
