14 day money back guarantee
At AC Leigh we want to exceed your expectations and that is why we offer a 14 day money back guarantee.
If you change your mind about the product which you have purchased and providing the item has not been used no security seals have been broken and is still as new ** in its original packaging then you can return the item back to us. Please note this policy has some limitations (see below)
To return the product login to your account and log a return with us within 14 calendar days of the item being delivered to you, once you have received a returns number you then have a further 14 calendar days to return the item back to us at your own expense. Please note this policy has some limitations and does not apply to safes over 40kg in weight please see terms and conditions for full conditions of the 14 day money back guarantee.
You will be refunded for the full price you paid for the item you are returning and up to a maximum of £4.95 carriage if this was charged to at the time you placed the order.
AC Leigh would advise any customer returning good back to ourselves to use a service that requires a signature when the goods are delivered, as the customer is responsible for the goods until proof of delivery to AC Leigh can be proved. AC Leigh would recommend using a service such as collect plus.
Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 3 working days of receipt of the item. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. You should then make contact with us to inform us of the issue and we will then arrange for a returns label for the item which should be packed in its original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you.
Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 14 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault, we will then issue you with a returns label for you to drop the goods at your nearest collect plus point. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. We test all items returned to us and once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you. Some items need to be sent back to the manufacturer for testing and therefore this can take up to 14 days for the testing of items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for both the returns charge to us and the redelivery of the item back to yourself. Should you require an advanced replacement before returning the faulty item then this will be chargeable and the charge refunded once the fault with the item you are returning has been confirmed, should the item not be faulty then no refund will be issued and the original will also be returned to you and you will also be liable for both the return charge and the redelivery carriage.
Items Faulty in Warranty Period
If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 28 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide telephone technical help facilities for your convenience, which we recommend you use in order to correct the fault quickly. All warranty repairs after 28 days of receipt are referred directly to the manufacturer (unless otherwise stated). Advanced replacements cannot be sent for goods that are returned to be repaired under warranty after 28 calendar days since receipt however at our discretion and depending upon the manufacturers repairs procedure replacement items can be purchased and a refund will be made against the original return once the item has been confirmed to be faulty under warranty.
AC Leigh cannot be held responsible for poor service from a manufacturer should you choose to deal with them directly on an issues without first informing ourselves.
If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 14 working days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 14 calendar days to do so, at your own expense.

PLEASE NOTE
If you elect to return the defective product to us using your own method of delivery, we will refund up to £4.95 of the costs incurred by you. This will only be refunded upon the receipt of proof of the carriage costs.
Definitions
** Definition of as new a brand new and unused, unopened and undamaged item in the original packaging with no security seals broken. Packaging should be in the same condition as it arrived to you and no additional labels or tape should be stuck on the packaging.
Limitations
The Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to business to business sales, also excluded are special orders for products that are not shown on our website. Business customers have 5 days to return an item as not required providing it is unopened.
The following items are not eligible for return: products with security seals that have been opened, electronic software downloads and opened software.
