Description

The Briton 1413E.LE.SE Lever Outside Access Device C/W Cylinder is created to work with the Briton 376 series. As standard, it comes complete with a eurocylinder. It is compatible with doors that have a thickness between 40mm and 70mm, and comes complete with fixings for timber and metal door-sets.

This is a simple unit operated by a lever that permits access from the outside via a door that is fitted with panic hardware internally. It is ideal for both left and right hand opening doors. The lever is fitted to the outside access device with a special shear screw which is made to fail if the lever happens to be extremely damaged via vandalism or attempted break ins, to make sure that the mechanism is safe from potential damage.

The shear pin can then easily be reinstated in order to regain usual operation. It has a euro profile single cylinder which can be removed, and comes with 2 keys of which can easily be replicated by a keycutter. It is ideal to be used with Briton's push bar and push bar products, and also with many other brands of crash bars. As standard it has a high quality silver finish, and is suitable for doors up to 1300mm wide and 2500mm high. It is made for single smoke and fire doors, as well as first opening leaf of double rebated doors.
